Designed by Project managers for Project Managers, Primavera is an enhanced task manger enabling planners to handle a number of projects, small and large, simple and complex, structuring your data, organizing projects in a multi-group and assembling project information in about 75 standard formats. It offers extensive capability to tailor the context and format of the reports so you can include what you want to see and the way you want to see it. It means that planning a project with Primavera is a Fun. It works out who does what, where, when and with whom, thus enabling the planner to use the best critical path for accomplishing an assigned task with the given time frame with available resources.

3. Auto-CAD

The most powerful software used for developing as well as editing of intricate and delicate drawings related to any field of engineering and architecture. Minute and tiny details are explicitly and accurately recorded. Precision and time saving are two definite advantages of drafting and drawing with auto-CAD.

4. Surfer/Eagle point

Specially related to Surveying, these packages have the capacity for plotting complicated contours maps (two-dimensional /three-dimensional) at any required scale as accurately and quickly as is considered to be the characteristics of computer technology.

5. Ms-Office

Ms-Office is a comprehensive term for Ms-word, Ms-excel, Ms-Project and Power point etc-has been the operational tool for quicker, easily and presentable outputs of all office and field data. Ms-word is being for all type of documentation. Ms-excel for developing spreadsheets for data requiring tedious and complicated calculation including Design, Rate analysis, Quantity calculation, Preparation of BOQs and payment certificates etc. Ms-Project2000 is a great tool for keeping simple and complex projects on track. It helps planners and managers to assign tasks to individual resources and resources teams, assign cost to tasks and resources and thus track budgets and expenses. It is not only helps in managing projects, but also identifies over and under-allocated resources. Estimate cost and enables to make managerial decision to get the project successfully completed. Whereas power point is used for presentation purposes.
